quality auto parts misleading lies Internet

I searched online for a part for my truck. They responded within a couple of hours and said they had one. the email reesponse listed the wrong part. When I called they said they also had the correct part. I gave them a credit card number over the phone to what seemed to be a call center in india. This all took place on new years eve at 8pm

On tues I called to get a tracking number and they said since monday was a holiday they would "work" on it and ship within 7 to 10 days. The red flags started to fly and I called to cancel the order. A supervisor who spoke broken english told me the part was shipped on Monday the so called holiday. However he could not supply a tracking number. He gave me the run around when I insisted on cancelleling saying it had been shipped already.

However they did not charge my card yet. What company ships an item without first getting the payment. All lies from the start. They do not even own the parts they sell, but are just middlemen operating in a third world country. Do not trust this company they will lie and lead you on. I'm just glad I cancelled my debt card before they tried to charge me.
