Quicken loans promised a 3.25% rate on a $410,000 loan at $0 closing costs. due to their numerous errors in processing the loan, they wanted to raise the rate to 3 3/8%, lower the principal to $340,000 and charge me $1000  for the loan. Much of this was buried in the HUD. They flat out lied on the phone and could not care less about the mistakes they made and their impact. They were awful. worst experience ever. they have ZERO integrity and should be fined for shoddy business practices.
