This 'man' lied about my business. He posted online about how much we stole from him and his clients, when we have not. We want absolutely nothing to do with this clown or his 'business'. He's either jealous or envious of our firm and He's instigating a campaign of lies and deceit. We want to warn other brokers and businesses of this jokester. Anyone who makes unsubstantiated claims against another with no proof is unethical and an outright liar.

Update to Keith Turner's online drama

AUTHOR: Brian B. - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 03, 2014

Update: The pdf application has been deleted, NOT THE LINK. Why not the link? Because we didn't create it! So when you click on the link it pulls up nothing. The web designer said that the application was stored in our back office BUT NOT POSTED on our website as I previously mentioned. I repeat: IT WASN'T POSTED BY US. It's google's search engine bots locating documents online and providing links to them AUTOMATICALLY, which is how documents are found. AGAIN, it was never posted by 1Source. I'd be happy to provide you his name and phone # so you can verify this infomation. Or, call google and verify this information for yourself instead of posting erroneous accusations of 1Source mystically manipulating the link for it's gains. Such ignorance. Your idiotic comments that we are using "SEO optimization" are a joke. Do you even know what you are saying? Do you have PROOF to back that comment? No, you don't as usual.

As such, this is over. The link is now empty. If you choose to continue bantering back and forth and alleging lies about 1Source, then be prepared for the outcome. Learn to be a professional and communicate. A simple man to man call could've fixed this simple issue, quickly and efficiently. You know my phone #. You know how to text and you've got my email address. How is it possible that I got through to your office and talked to you yesterday very easily? And you couldn't have done that? Lies and conjecture only create more problems as you have clearly demonstrated.

You still have ZERO proof

AUTHOR: Brian B. - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 03, 2014

Once again, all conjucture and rumor. I state officailly, NO prior calls from you or your office - not even a single message was left. We can go back and forth all day. Do you know what proof is? You say this and that, but where's the proof? So I took it upon myself to call you after seeing that you play games on the internet. Again, a man to man (something you don't know about) is how you could've handle things. I could've respected that. But I cannot respect or accept you spreading rumors and gossip for the world to see, which is damaging and taking things too far. You're like a child crying at the candy store who can't get his way.

So Keith Turner of Quicksilver Funding, I'll recap: there is no link we 'put up' to affiliate ourselves with your 'business'. NONE. I state this ON THE RECORD. We state affirmly and officially that we want nothing to do with quicksilver funding. Nothing. Never have, never wanted to. This is put on the record for all the world to see. The "link' as you call it, was simply the same quicksilver application that we used back then to comply with submissions to your firm that google caught and was floating out in cyberspace.

This all started with YOU. YOU told us here at 1Source to comply with YOUR request to submit applications on YOUR propreitary form. We complied and did so by uploading YOUR app on our site (you didn't have any issues with that). Since the split with your firm, we changed the application back to our own and that was the end of it as far as we were concerned. Now, 9 months later, you call the day before posting on this site to 'warn' me about impending doom over this mystery link. A professional phone call to rectify the issue would have worked far better than attacking our business on the internet and acting like a b*****d child on a soap opera. But that's what you chose, and here we are.

Because I am a man of my word, I stated during my call to you that I would research and try to find out how to remove this application from cyberspace. I will gladly do so. There is and has been no benefit for us having an application for your business out in the world. It's unusable and we state officially and on the record, that we have not gained 1 client - not ONE - from having this floating around out there. That's not how we conduct business here. If you have proof otherwise, not just conjecture and heresay, post it here for all to see. That's right, you can't.

I'll be happy to update this site when I find out what, if anything, can be done.

Brian your Complaint is Simply Retaliatory and You are Just a Liar.

AUTHOR: Keith - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2014

Brian Brinson, you are simply a bold faced liar.  Plain and simple.  Both me and my staff called you several times.  You didn't answer.  We emailed you several times.  You didn't respond.

The only reason you are responding now is because we have gone public so the entire world can see what kind of con artist you are and your fraudulent link again, which can be seen below:

http://www.1sourcefunding.org/forms/Quick-Silver-Application.pdf

Instead of simply removing and/or deleting the link you engage in name calling and childish retaliatory complaints which simply further proves our position.

Brian, why won't you put your physical location on your website?

Why won't you simply take this fraudulent link down and stop misrepresenting yourself as an affiliate of QuickSilver Funding?  Because you are using this link to capture unsuspecting people who call you thinking they have called QuickSilver Funding.

You are simply a liar and a con artist and everyone knows it.  And no legitimate business hides behind a website without a physical address like you and your company does.  And its obvious to everyone reading these blogs why you engage in such deceptive practices.

Our attorneys will take it from here.  We are done trying to reason with you are resolve this matter with you directly, its painfully obvious that is impossible.

Learn to communicate

AUTHOR: Brian B. - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2014

Keith Turner, my office has not recieved ANY requests from your office until the day before the ripoff report came out. You have ignored all requests for proof. You also allege that callers complained. Again, heresay and conjecture and zero proof. A real man knows how to pick up the phone and communciate, which I did with you directly, TODAY. Man up. Talk to the person you are accusing. With regard to your "link" that you claim I manipulate through "tactics" (LOL) you still don't get it. You try to make it look like 1Source covertly controls this mystery link on google for our benefit. Really? Again, that link was floating in cyberspace and google picked up that link from back in the day when I brokered deals for your firm -  remember your firm asked us to submit deals on your proprietary form - in which we complied by posting your app on our site. For the last 9 months or so, our website carries OUR app and always will.

1Source wants ABSOLUTELY ZERO affiliation with your name or your company. We have our own app on our website. We don't need or want any affiliation with your firm. Apparently, you want to do this ripoff report dance everyday. We can too.

Correct URL to Brian Brinsons Fraudulent Link

AUTHOR: Keith - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2014

In the previous rebuttle the link address was off by one letter, the 'f' at the end of 'pdf' somehow was omitted and the link does not come up.  We have corrected that here and you can see the link below and you be the judge:

http://www.1sourcefunding.org/forms/Quick-Silver-Application.pdf

Why won't Brian just take down the link?  Why go through all of this?  What are his motivations?  Why won't Brian Brinsom simply delete or remove the link?  As you can see its a sub-url off his main url.  Only he can delete the link, but so far he has refused to do so.

Let the Public be The Judge

AUTHOR: Keith - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2014

You be the judge.  Mr. Brian Brinson was terminated as an ISO by QuickSilver Funding Solutions in October 2013 for contractual violations.  Feel free to contact us and we can verify along with our other funding partners of the violations committed by Brian Brinson.  Our funding partners contacted us and told us what Brian was doing in an effort to protect our interests, so we terminated the relationship.

However, Mr. Brinson has created the link below:

1sourcefunding.org/forms/Quick-Silver-Application.pd

As you can see Brian Brinson is using our Funding Application and our SEO optimization to steer unwitting customers looking for QuickSilver Funding Solutions to this funding application which has the contact information for 1Source Funding, but under a QuickSilver Funding Solution title and heading.  We received complaints from our customers and clients that when they went online to complete our funding application and called the number on the application they were steered to Brians company, 1Source Funding, and not to us due to this link.

We called and emailed Brian several times regarding this problem but he never returned our calls and he ignored our emails.  We tried to visit him in person, but when you visit his site you will see that he has no addresses anywhere on his site.  This is a man that does not want to be found.

The only reason Brian Brinson filed this complaint is in retaliation to our complaint against him and his company for not taking down this fraudulent link of his and because he continued to ignore our requests that he do so.

For those of you who want to reach the legitimate QuickSilver Funding Solutions simply visit our site at QuickSilverFunding.com.  And you will find our office address on our website as well just in case you wish to stop by and pay us a visit.  Unlike Mr. Brinson we do not use other companies information and titles to get business, and we have nothing to hide.

All we ask is Mr. Brinson discontinue misrepresenting himself and his company as QuickSilver affiliates and simply contact his hosting company and have this sublink connected to his URL disable, deleted/removed.  But for some reason Mr. Brinson refuses to do that.

We have nothing to gain by disparaging anyone or any company, we simply want the fraudulent link removed, a link that you can see for yourself, is alive and well.

We simply ask Mr. Brian Brinson remove the link and we will withdraw our complaint.
