Radio shack RADIO SHACK Radio shack sells additional 2yr. warranty on phones & its a scam!! its fraud! winnetka california

i bought the Glaxy s2 with boost mobile service thru Radio shack. i was sold an extended 2yrs. warranty claiming to swao/ replace my phone at any time within 2 yrs if it broke or went bad. purchase date 01/30/2013. my phone went bad 07/09/2013. went to Radio shack store. the sales rep said They no longer carry the galxy s2 and gave me an 800 number to call.

i called and they said they cannot do anything about it because the warranty is thru Samsung. i was never told this at time of purchase i only bought the warranty because i was specifically told it was a radio shack warranty directly ( no sending phone to get fixed or wait time just a straight right away swap.

now they tell me their warranty takes effect after factory warranty expires. which is after 1 year. then i only have 1 year left with them ( radio shack ) because the first year has passed. so i paid for 2 years turns out to be one year. they cant echange it or take it back i have to deal with the manufacturor. I WAS LIED TO!

i paid $424.68 . And they are breaking their own policy it says radio shack cannot sell additional warranty on products made by other manufacturors other then Radio shack,( specially in california )  And they sold me one!
