Raindrake.com He is stealing other people's websites changing the name and selling them as his own. Port Orange Florida

Jim Crawley/Raindrake.com is scamming all over craigslist here in Florida. Basically he has several cell phones so he can pretend he is a large corporation build websites. I contracted him to do a website. I took precautions with a signed contract and a copy of his drivers license and e-mail and text correspondence. He basically played me for 6 weeks. He had already received payment which was a trade of a sony viao laptop in the amount of $1139.00. In the entire time he never gave me a proper link to view his work. I had already contracted another programmer to do this site for me because I knew this guy was a scam. I put pressure on Jim Crawley that he had to show me some and he did. He sent me a link to a site with my business name on it but it was a stolen site and nothing even close to what I was trying to get built.

The programmer that did my site and I did a little sting operation with this joker to get some references from him. He first gave 3 references that all the numbers had been disconnected. After that he did provide a reference on a website he did in Deland, Fl. Turned out this individual was a personal friend of my programmer. He checked her site and indeed discovered her site was stolen also. Now this guy is offering to refund my money but wants me to put him on a payment plan. That's bullshit. He screws me out of almost $1200.00 and wants me to work him a deal. He also treatened my programmer. I have every shred of evidence on this matter. Let's put this guy where he belongs.
