This company makes it impossible to find out any information about the original contract, contract cancellation, and why they continue to charge fees for absolutely no processing. I have found them dishonest, disingenuous and impossible to contact when trying to cancel an account, which will have cost me around $850 by the time all is said and done (if I can ever get customer service to call me back and help me close the account.) This is a lot of money for a small business.
Adding the $850 into their fees (5 years after the initial contract date, but they also insist upon 90 days notice before the original contract date anniversary), they are no bargain. I would never recommend using them. The fact that they insist on the customer leaving a message for their customer service to then contact you seems like an unethical and possibly illegal scam.

I appreciate the response from RBS WorldPay. I still am waiting for a call (and I have previously left current contact information). I also emailed the contact left in the previous rebuttal. I hope to hear from them.
