This guys really sucks with being arrogant and calls you out on stuff when in fact tries to say one price for a home then he quotes a different price. Has payment option on home for sale then tells you that you can NOT Buy it NOT unless you pay full cash listing price for it which is like $60,000.00 more then what it is actually worth. Neighborhood is all run down and old too being a raunchy neighborhood. House is valued at $157,000.00 he has it listed for $209,990.00, tells you $179,900.00 you can buy it for saying sure then he says, "YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT NOT UNLESS YOU PAY $209,900.00 CASH for what is is actually listed for". No house sells for listing price which everybody knows this. Then he complains that owners put way too much money in upgrades in this house that is in a rundown neighborhood. Well who's fault is that, the seller's or the buyer's? Then it has a lease with option to buy on it even though all the houses in this development are going for $1050.00 - $1100.00 he is charging $1900.00, when I called him out on it why is it so much for to lease this house when all the other houses in this same neighborhood that are even bigger in square footage when your listing says $400.00 goes towards house buying he says to me, "Just Move On you are NOT buying this house NOT unless you pay cash money for it up front of all $209,900.00 for it. I say RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Anybody that reads this you are better off finding a different nicer Realtor in helping you NOT a cranky old man as this person is. Good Luck to anybody that has to deal with this person. You email him and he NEVER answers your emails, not returns phone calls either. His wife is a real chore to deal with too.
