i mr jones recieved a phone call from Republic parters properties in las vegas from a Mr lucas scott stating that someone was interested in buying my time share at orange lakes resort florida..mr scott called me and stated that there was an offer..but the other party needed to have their credit checked ..upon approval he would get back to me..but he also requested a fee of $1,950 to do a title seach ..and he fee was 4%.......he sent me forms and i faxed them back to him....this person phone has been discounected and no answers or return calls has been made..
