It was no surprise to see Residential Hospitality Services Inc, on here. I worked for RHS in 2010. At that time among other illegal activities they were illegally contracting security guards. RHS did not have a proper PPO license to contract security. I had issues with all the wrong work place conditions. I was suspended and removed from an account due to "releasing confidential information". The information I "released" was public records and was not notified to have been an issue. The second day of my suspension I was asked to go back to the account I was removed from. I told them there was too many problems and would not go back. They offered me a job at another location which I refused due to them not having a PPO license. I resigned face to face with the HR manager at the time.

I have come to find out that Residential Hospitality Services Inc shows that I was terminated in my file. I find it hard to believe that a corporation would retaliate and falsify documents because some people don't want to work for an illegal operation. When I found out that I was "terminated," I tried to contact RHS. No surprise all the numbers they provide are disconnected. RHS is no Wellman Security Group. I contacted Wellman Security Group and they gave me the run around. They played the corporate BS game and would not even try to act human on such a matter.

Due to this, I was rejected from a job because I was terminated from previous employment and did not divulge it. How can a person who quits be fired? It's not right that they did this. Don't let yourself become a victim of RHS or Wellman Security Group.

So I'm reading what this guy has to say about being Terminated, false documents, and getting the run-around...

Listen smart guy... Here is your problem...

(1) You did NOT formaly resign... (Was not done in person, In Writing) You just stopped showing up to your shift and then when you finly decided to answer your phone when your Supervisor called, you stated that you quit...

(2) You were asked by your supervisor to come in to the office and bring a written letter of resignation so that you can be removed from the schedule and payed out your final hours.

(3) It tiook you a week and a half to finely come into the office... By that time you had missed over five days that you were scheduled for and had been TERMINATED...

Let me tell you how Big Boys resign from employment...

(1) You type or neatly hand write a letter of resignation.

(2) You make a coppies of your letter of resignation.

(3) Two weeks before your expected final working day or shift, you give one copy of your Leatter of Resignation to your supervisor, have him sign and date a copy that you will keep for your records, and send the third copy by registered mail to your corprate office so they have to sign that they recieved it.

(4) Now, you have left a company on good terms and you have a signed copy of your resignation to show to future employers in the event your resignation is ever mistaken for termination.

Follow these steps and you wont have a problem in the future...
