Rev. Jasjit Singh pastor Punjabi Christian Fellowship ChurchPunjabi Masihi Sat Sang Jasjit Singh borrowed the sum of $2023.00 for air fare for his family from India to USA and other accommodation expenses in Sacramento. CA. He denied to pay me back after his family well settled. I filed lawsuit after all remedies failed to collect money from him. The small claims division of Superior Court of CA ordered him to pay me the lump sum money amount of $2500.00 plus interest twice in 2013 but he denied to pay judgment. He is willfully not paying judgment and contempt of court. He has committed frauds with several individuals and organizations since his arrival in the US with R1 visa and sought asylum fraudulently. Rev. Jasjit Singh pastor has willfully been ignoring to pay court ordered judgment since September 2013.

However, he has been served bench warrant as of 02/09/2015 for contempt of court whereas he has been claiming to abide by US laws and regulations.

He has obtained political asylum, green card, family visa and full social security income while providing false persecution to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

He has committed frauds with churches, church organzations, church pastors, church members, and other communities since his arrival the united States.

All christian communities and others are requested to be beware of false prophet Rev. Jasjit Singh pastor and not to give any kind of donations.

He may be subject to imprisonment, fine and deportation for committing frauds and not abiding by US laws and regulations.

Mr. Jasjit Singh has not been responding to court ordered judgment for over a year whereas he has been receiving financial assistance, social security benefits and other sources of income/donations. Also, his daughters named Jasmine Singh and Jasleen Singh have been working since arrival in the United States. The court ordered judgment will remain active for several years and subject to extension and he will have to appear in the court periodically. He may be arrested, imprisoned and deported for contempt of court, asylum benefit fraud as well as other frauds. However, his daughters will be responsible to pay the judgment after he dies. He should stop committing frauds and try to be a true Christian. 

Jasjit Singh has always been lying to the government agencies, friends, relatives, church pastors, organizations, church members, punjabi/other communities for the last several years.

He has been hiding his identity from India since arrival in the US falsely claiming to be a retired IAS (Indian Administravice Services) officer, Ultimately, he had been an IRTS (Indian Railways Traffice Service) cadre candidate woking for Indian Railways Board. and he had fled India without notification to his employer, while obtaining R1 visa based on an invitation letter to attend a Florida based christian organization convention. Ultimately, he arrived in California instead of attending the convention. Hence, he misused his missionary visa. He had not worked as missionary since his arrival in the US.

He alleged that I had lustfully entered their room and the said information reported to the Sheriff's Department Sacramento, CA but no such incident had occured and there is no record with the Sheriff's, police or any other law enforcement agency in Sacramento, CA.

He has sought asylum providing false persecution to the USCIS as per himself, his friends and family members. Consequently, he had had deportation orders in March 2010,and thereafter he had produced some suspicious evidences to the court to recall deportation orders and to seek asylum. Hence, he sought asylum status, green card, full social security income and family visa on the basis of false evidences.

He claims that he didn't demand for money whereas he asked to borrow money for airfare. One day he cried on the phone saying that he will die of heart attack if his family didn't come because their asylum visa was due to expire. Being a true christian, I paid for air fair and accomodation expenses in Sacramento, relying on his words to return money after his family arrives and settles in the US but he deneid to pay after his family arrived. He falsely states that he agreed to pay $100.00 per month whereas he agreed to pay $25.00 per month but the Superior court had denied his payment request and ordered him to pay the lump sum of $2500.00 immediately.

While leaving my dwelling at midnight unexpectedly, he had left a hand written note that in compliance of orders by police officer, I am vacating your apartment whereas the police department had not ordered him to vacate the apartment. I had not given any notice to move or quit even if he was not paying rent as promised. He states that he lived there for less than a month. However he lived there for one and half month and left. 

His allegation of my link to an anti Christ group in India is absolutly false whereas I am a born again true christian for the last several years and I always help others but don't commit fraud with christians and others just as he does. He does have criminal record file with Ambala police station while working as assistant station master in Ambala and he had committed frauds with banks,organizations and others as per reliable sources.

He claims to abide US laws and regulations but he doesn't. He committed fraud with USCIS, (US Citizenship & Immigration Services), disobeying court orders, and committing frauds with church pastors, organizations, church members and communities since his arrival in the US. Rev. Curt Blank pastor states that Mr. Singh starts out very nice and respectful, a real gentleman, and then once having gained your trust and gotten his "foot in the door" will then rob you and cause you all sorts of grief! In addition he calls himself Dr. and Reverend. To the best of my knowledge, he is neither.

Rev. Curt Blank pastor states that To any church or individual wanting to help him: Be every careful! We and others got fooled! Helping with food is one thing but not a room to stay in or any position or platform to preach-absolutely not! I don't want to see others get burnt like my congregation and I did.

Jasjit Singh has been well versed in lying, stealing, cheating, malicious behavior/conduct,  committing frauds for the last several years as per his friends and others. Here are some examples of his fraudulent activities:

He sought R1 visa to participate a Christian conference in Florida state in USA in or around 2007. Alternatively, he landed in Los Angeles, CA and sought shelter with one of his friends as he had pre planned to settle in the USA. He ate and drank to his fill with his friend. However, he applied for asylum after arriving in the USA with false persecution and he sought asylum, asylum benefits, full social security benefits, and family visa.

He visited several churches in Fresno, CA and acquainted with some church pastors and others and asked for shelter and financial support. Rev. Curt Blank provided him with shelter on church premises and financial support to encourate him to start punjabi church. However, he stole from them and tried to take over church property, threatened church members while locking up church facilities and denied to leave the property. Hence, he had been removed with the help of attorney by the pastors.

After removal, he moved to Sacramento, Ca and started working with Rock Church on Bradshaw Road, Elk Grove, CA where he had done fraudulent activities against the church. He harrassed a church employee as per church bishop Nathaniel as per my conversation with him a few months ago. He sued the church to receive $300,000.00 fraudulently but his case had been denied. He had been made walk away from church of all nations and had been warned not to come to the church again while accompanied with me. He sold out a trailer of Rev. George Johnson pastor without his permission and pink slip, (violating DMV rules and regulations in 2013).

He visited several churches in Sacramento and asking finanacial support for his family but he had not been helped. He moved with one of church member in Sacramento for a few days and moved to Fremont and started visiting churches to receive money as donaitons from churches, church members and others. He had been complained of milicious behavior by famale church members as per one of church member in Fremont. 

His wife Raviner Kaur, daughters Jasmine Singh and Jasleen Singh sought asylum visa in the month of May 2013. However he had no money to buy tickets. His friends and relatives denied to lend him money because he never returns the money he borrows. However he requested me to lend him money for tickets whereas the visa was going to expire. If I deny to pay for tickets, his family would have not come to the USA and left in India for ever. I paid for tickets and arranged accomodation in Sacramento renting an apartment for them where he lived for one and half month. One day I asked for money back even in easy payments of $100.00 a month but he denied to pay and tried to fight.

The following week during midnight he left the dwelling stealing my stuff without any prior notice to move and absconded in the neighborhood. However, I had filed lawsuit against him after all remedies had failed to collect money from him. The court ordered him to pay me the lump sum of $2500.00 twice in 2013. He offered $20.00 per month to repay the debt whereas I had spent about $3700.00 for air fare and accomodations.

He tried to open a church in cooperation with Assemblies of God but he had been removed because of his previous frauds with other churches. He tried to deliver a speech about caste system in India on Christian radio in Sacramento but he had been denied to do so. He kept collecting donations from churches, church members and organizations. Finally, he had been successful to start a punjabi church in cooperation with progressive faith ministries in Rancho Cordova for a few weeks but he had not been doing well with them. Hence he had been removed from that ministry. Then he contacted a punjabi church to work with them but they denied to let him enter their ministry due to his previous frauds. However, he keeps finding churches, organizations and chruch members  to take advantage from them  fraudulently. Also, he keeps transferring money to his ex-wife's family in India since his arrival in the USA. He is working for a life insurance company, interpreter services and receiving full social security. His daughters are working as well but he willfully doesn't pay the court ordered judgment and contempt of court. He may be arrested, imprisoned and possibly deported for contempt of court and for seeking asylum while complaining false persecution.

He joins websites with different names to collect money as donations. He joined Linkedin.com under name as Br. Jesse (Jesse) Singh and had created hundreds of contacts on that professional network. However he had been removed from Linkedin due to his fraudulent activities. He has pay pal account for his Punjabi Christian Fellowship and asking to pay donations. He has been issuing pastors certifications for money as donations fraudulently. He is neither a pastor nor a doctor not even a true christian as per Rev. Curt Blank pastor of seventh Day Adventist. Hence, Jasjit Singh @ Rev. Dr. Jasjit Singh @ Jasjiet Singh @ jesse Singh @ Br. Jesse (Jesse) Singh has been liar, stealer, cheater, swindler, fraudster and much more. All communities are requested not to pay him a single penny and not to trust him any way. He has been making false allegations since I asked for money back and filed lawsuit to collect money from him. 

Balwant Sabharwal has levelled lot of charges against me unnecessarily and the clarification is contained in my reply already submitted in Honorable Court.

While we stayed with him for less than a month his son on his instigation called my wife (KUTTI) means B**** repeatedly. On objection to it he assaulted my wife.

He lustfully entered into our bedroom in the mid-night where my wife and two grown up daughters were sleeping. This all is in the record of the Sheriff Department of Sacramento.

Regarding my pastoral qualifications, Doctor of Divinity and status in the Government of India I can produce the documentary evidences that I was selected in the Indian Administrative Service in 1977 and appointed by the President of India as 1st Class Officer in the Government of India.

Regarding my asylum case all evidences are on the record of the Honorable Immigration Court San Francisco.

Regarding his money I never demanded money from him but he willfully paid for the tickets of my family for his personal motives and that is established by his criminal actions stated above.

My family reached USA on 18th of June 2013 and he filed the said claim in the minor claim division on 13th July 2013 whereas I never had denied the payment but wanted to give him in installments.

Before the arbitrator of the Honorable Court I never refused to pay but requested to pay $ 100 PM. He did not accept it.

Presently I am a sick man doing no job but living on social security money only and my wife gets $ 190 Food Stamps. We are neither getting any donations or offering or any other money from any corner.

I am not working with any church due to my ill health.

Balwant Sabharwal is working on the provocation of some AntiChristian group of India to stop the spread the evangelism among Punjabi Community in California.

He is putting all efforts to stop the proclaimation of the Holy Word to the lost people of the world.

The report is baseless and false but motivated to stop the work of God so it may please be nullified and dropped.
