Pascal, PA at 300 South Avenue of the Arts, Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 33312. On Ocotber 31, 2016, Plaintiff served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. 2. That your posting "Robert Pascal pretends to care about you and your case until he gets your money. Then he stops returning your calls or meeting with you. I hired him to help me and he did a terrible job with my case. He filed all the wrong paperwork and got the judge mad. Because of Robert Pascal I got deported. He is the worst lawyer ever. He knows nothing about immigration law and just wants to get your money." is false and defamatory, and does not correspond to any case ever handled by this offfice.

I suggest you locate any documentation you have any review it carefully.  I consider these false statements actionable and will be retaining legal counsel to seek redress of these false claims against me.
