David Barker (founder of Romeo Prep) ordered basketball uniforms for his team in 2012. The uniforms were made custom to his specifications and delivered on-time. David has since avoided all calls, emails and letters regarding his debt. We've taken up matters with the school and heard no response. This school has made a habit out of stealing.
