IF YOU ORDER AND RECEIVE SEAT BELTS FROM ANY COMPANY AND THESE DOCUMENTS AND THESE HAZMAT LABELS ARE NOT PART OF WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, YOU ARE BEING LIED TO...PLAIN AND SIMPLE, AND THE COMPANY IS DOING BUSINESS ILLEGALLY.

Companies that do comply with Federal Regulations don't play games with lies and deceit, we spend the time and money to get certified.  We regularly meet with the Federal Regulators and we comply with regulations that dictate handling, and shipping of explosives.

I am a contractor in the field of automobile safety: nothing written in these reports are/were fraudulent or done maliciously. Federal Laws dictate the requirements for compliance, and I am NOT making anything up but know by experience and by testing that the business, Safety Restore, has, in fact, not been in compliance with Federal Laws in the past. FACT (just because they were not shut down, does not mean they were doing business legally).

At the time of the original posting, Safety Restore, DID NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL REGULATIONS GOVERNING TRANSPORTATOIN & MAILING OF HAZMAT.

Safety Restore may have begun to comply with these laws in the last couple of months since the initial report, but this company claims that they were in compliance from day one. This is in fact, legally NOT TRUE.

YOU, THE CUSTOMER, DESERVE TO KNOW THE LAW, AND TO KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT.

IF SAFETY RESTORE IS IN COMPLIANCE, FANTASTIC...

...BUT THEY WERE NOT BEFORE.

YOU NOW HAVE THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO KNOW IF THEY ARE ARE FOLLOWING THE DOT GUIDANCE LINK AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO TRUST MY WORD OR THEIRS. 

THE SAFETY OF POSTAL SERVICE WORKERS AND FOR THE WORKERS AT ANY SEAT BELT REPAIR SHOP DERSERVE TO BE SAFE. THAT IS WHY THERE ARE LAWS, TO PROTECT AND SERVE THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER. 

After several text messages with people with made-up names from this company, they have stated that they have completed all of the Federal legal requirements to be in business using, storing and shipping explosives.

If this is now the truth, then ATF doesn't know their business.  This industry is one where companies must be licensed in seat belt repairs with the proper licensing, permits and credentials for housing, holding, repairing and shipping/receiving explosives.

This is not a business for those not committed to following the law.

This addendum is here to "clear the air" and allow for time to tell...

Dear Competitor, 

Ripoff Report is "by consumers for consumers." You are clearly a competitor, and you are violating multiple cyber laws by publically making all these false accusations. But because this website is for consumers, I will save the time arguing these accusations with you and rather shed some light to the consumers as who this website is originally targeted at.

P.S. Must’ve taken awhile to write this… even the paragraphs are indented properly when the ripoff report clearly states: "DO NOT indent paragraphs."

This “report” was written by one of our competitors. Safety Restore, Inc. has been licensed to carry out all these repairs (since day 1) and has all the necessary documents to proof it. If you have any concerns whatsoever, we’ll be more than happy to verify any permits or licenses you request.
