I bought a flood 2010 Buick Enclave to use for parts on a 2012 Enclave that was wrecked using the buy it now button,i signed there papers and payed them using my banks wire transfer, signed the purchase agreement/contract,the purchase showed in my account and i hired a trucking company to deliver my car to me, but the day the driver showed up he couldn't find the car the driver called me and asked that i sent him the correct address,so i called GSA auctions and all i got was a voice mail,i called several times and the driver was waiting on my call almost all day,but i finely got a call from my salesman Alex brown late that afternoon, and said my car had been sold in an auction two days later after i bought it, and for more money then i offered,WHAT, i didn't make and offer i bought this car with buy it now i payed $6100.00 plus all of the auction and salvage world fees which totaled $7245.00, Alex then offered to find me a another car and regardless how much it cost all i would have to pay is the $7245.00 and he would pay the difference ,so i picked a 2011 Enclave out that was being sold in a auction the next day,he sent me a email saying he thinks i need to add more money in case the car goes higher so i oked another 10% or $610.00 more,we communicated back in forth all day, then late that day 3/7/13 he said that we won the auction and that his bidder-ed payed more then he was supposed to and said it cost him over $10,000.00 for the car and that i should pay more to keep him from losing his butt, but i reminded him that i didn't care how much it cost and that i was not going to pay another dime, anyway he agreed and said well you have got a heck of a deal.

I sent him several emails to find out when i can get the car,he tells me even thought we bought it, that the insurance company won't except our offer and wants more money or that will re-list it,this was another ploy to get me to pay more money from me but i refused and told Alex i would contact my attorney, the next day on Saturday he sent me a message saying the insurance decided to let me have it for the price that was sold for,Alex contacted me on the following Monday to let me know that i can pick it up,so i contacted the delivery company again and had the driver set up to pick up the car on Thursday 3/14/or Friday 3/15 so on Monday the 18th i called the broker to see where my car was,he told me that the drivers truck broke down and didn't know when he can get it fixed, and thy no one that can get it for a few days,so on the 18th and 19th i tried calling GSA to see it thy had someone that could pick this car up,but all i got was John Daniels voice mail, after no return call late Tuesday the 19th,i left the last message telling John to call me by then end of the day or i was going to about 530 miles and get the car my self still no return call,so a very good friend rented a big pickup and a car trailer and drove to Marlboro NY from Mansfield Ohio, after spending about ten hours on the the road we reached our distinction only to get a call from a driver that had my car on his truck and wanted to deliver it and get paid $600.00 COD which he says that he was told i had agreed to pay,and since the car was a flood car it was inoperable so i would have a tow truck at my location to help unload it.Remember John has never called me,on the way home from NY yesterday i called GSA Auction 14 times only to get thru 4 times and got Johns voice mail, and i left messages all 4 times and to  today he has still not called,i have left a email with Alex Brown last night and this morning and still have not heard from anyone, the driver says he has called at least 2 dozen times and was unable to reach anyone.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

#2 UPDATE Employee

Spending $600 for transport

AUTHOR: Niko Giankov Salvage World - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 19, 2013

Sir, you took alot of time out to write this elaborate email. Spoke with John and as we explained to you, no one told you to go all the way to the auction facility when the vehicles are set up with Central Dispatch. You are one of those customers NO business wants.... You are buying salvage vehicles that need to be taken to the middle of OHIO where no transporters from New York want to go..... Its not New York to Miami, or New York to L.A or New York Chicago. Its Ohio...... So you spazzed out could not wait and got  UPSET BECAUSE YOU CALLED 14 TIMES... John probably didnt pick up because he didnt want to tell you the same thing 14 times you are probably too thick headed to get it... WE DO NOT TRANSPORT VEHICLES PEOPLE. WE SUB THE TRANSPORT OUT TO COMPANIES WHO PROMISE TO PICK THEM UP ON CERTAIN DAYS.... WE DONT HEAR YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PRICE OF THE CAR.... ITS ALL GOOD WHEN YOU MAKE MONEY... NOT SURE WHY I AM EVEN WAISTING MY TIME RESPONDING TO THIS.. I HAPPEN TO GET EMAILS WHEN CLOWNS LIKE THIS MAKE COMPLAINTS... FREAKEN JOKE
