You said you filed a report with the DEA / FDA on the website http://www.alpha-chemical-research.com/  The website is still functioning.  What are they doing that is illegal?  

Why do you sling so much "mud" in your complaints and rebuttals? Are you incapable of logical and reasonable debate?

Has Michael Greenspan launched his new company yet? Have they made any pain cream products or rather have they began selling them?  It seems like that would be one way to disprove the Mike Greenspan scammer complaints.  This is one ugly thread.

Like I said before, this is not Jamin.  Believe what you will, but it is not Jamin.  Next, this is the third time you threaten to no longer read this report and will no longer write back.  For yours, Sambria's, and Greenspan's sake, I do hope you stop responding because every response you make makes you look even worse.  I can't imagine anyone reading your responses to still be interested in doing business with you.

The guys you speak so badly of are the only ones that were trying to pay back investors and make the company profitable.  Greenspan only cared about embezzling money, going on fancy trips (and expensing them to Sambria), etc, etc. 

I am a true investor.  I tried calling Greenspan but he changed his phone number a few months back.  My emails to him went ignored.  When we have spoken - all I heard were lies.  Please feel free to post what Sambria Marketing is going to do to pay back investors.  I will be happy to post that I got some money back from Sambria.  I would like Greenspan to post here, but he clearly doesn't have the backbone.  Actually, he is probably using you as a pawn - like he did so many others.

One final thought - Valenti, if you truly believe what you are writing, congratulations, you are the latest person to be scammed by Greenspan.

You are wrong.  Two things: 1) Jamin is not the author and 2) You just committed libel.  If Jamin joins the class action against Sambria this new charge will surely be added as it is apparent you are acting on the behalf of Sambria.

Your lack of intelligence really shined on this post.  You blatantly added libel to your list of crimes (others can be found by searching for your or Greenspan's name along with the keyword mugshots - you both are convicted felons).  Not only did you incorrectly accuse me of committing slander (which in reality the term you wanted was libel) you then commit libel yourself.

I know Jamin very well.  He is an honest, hardworking individual.  Ditto for Jerry and his wife - who were also scammed by Sambria.  Jerry is not the author either.  By the way, from my understanding, you already tried to file charges against Jamin and Jerry however the sheriff reversed course and threatened you and Greenspan with filing a false police report.

Please let it be known that we have determined the person making these claims. It turns out it is the persn who embezzled over $7500.00 from the Research company. We are in the process of pressing charges. He has tried to open another chemical research company using the stolen funds and also all the left over product. I personally had that site closed down. He went into business with Jerry Gualtieri. Who was his accomplice in the closing and the theft of the left over product and eqiupment. Jerry and his wife Betty are also complete idiots.

Sambria Marketing was shut down without any notice whatsoever from greenspan,and now you're trying to convince us it was an employees fault that the company had to be shut down so fast that investors could not even be notified before it happened? What a load of Hogwash!

There is no need for us to talk.  My claim is against Michael Greenspan as an individual.  The site will be removed when the investors are paid back OR Greenspan provides me the facts and evidence surrounding the shutdown of Sambria Marketing, including why investors were never contacted nor paid back.  I understand he may want keep that confidential therefore he can email the explanation to fraud@sambriapharmafraud.org

Still unsure why you keep coming back to defend Greenspan.  However, to set the record straight, Greenspan never informed the investors of what was happening with the business.  If there was an employee mishandling the company then Greenspan should have went to the investors/share holders before abrutely shutting down the site and leaving us in the dark.  Shutting down a profitable company, regardless of your claim, is never in the best interests of investors.

Needless to say, Greenspan did not attempt to pay back any investors of Sambria Marketing (barring one minute payment in 2012).  The money the site made was lost - presumeably by Greenspan pocketing it.

I have the facts.  Greenspan defrauded many individuals and is continuing to do so.  IN MY OPINION, ANYTHING to do with Michael Harvey Greenspan is dangerous and no one should put up money where Greenspan is the "CEO."

Greenspan has our contact information.  He knows where to send payment.  The other site WILL NOT be removed until ALL investors of Sambria Marketing are paid back and ALL investors in Sambria Pharmaceuticals are paid back.  Stating facts on a website is not slander.

First: I think you may want to talk to Michael before making these claims. I am very aware of the company he had closed. The problem is that he had to close it due to an employee mishandling the company in many ways. It was in the best interest of Michael and his investors to do so.

Second: I must ask that you take down the web site that you put up. As I sated before, your claims are not correct and Sambria Pharmaceutical has nothing to do with this. I understand how this site works, but posting a negative website is slander.

Let me reiterate, I do understand your frustration. But I really think once you have spoke with Michael and have heard all the actions that forced the company to be closed, you would understand.

All I am asking from you is to get the facts before posting these negative comments about Sambria. If you still feel the same way after you hear the truth. Then you are welcome to do whatever you feel is right.

Hello Mr. Valenti, pleasure to meet you.  This report is specifically dealing with Michael Greenspan, not Sambria Pharmaceuticals.  Greenspan has, in fact, shut down a previously profitable online business.  Maybe this was before you started working for him?  Needless to say, the investors in the previous business were never paid back.  In fact, we were lied to surrounding the reasoning for the abrupt shut down.

There is 100% truth to my claim that Greenspan has stolen investor's money.  This is not a "personal vendetta."  Maybe Greenspan has turned his ways and Sambria Pharmaceuticals is paying back investors - I do not know.  However, Mr. Valenti, I wish you the best of luck with Greenspan, please be very careful.

I am the COO of Sambria Pharmaceuticals, this claim is 100% false and no one has been ripped off or had any money stolen. We have investor K-forms to prove that all investments are legitimate. No company has not closed and the company is moving in a very positive direction. This is obviously and person that has a personal vendetta against Michael Greenspan.
