Samson Exhaust Kenneth Price, Owner Lousy and deceptive customer service Sturgis North Dakota

Placed an order for supposedly "In Stock" exhaust system in first week of JUNE 2014.  As of July 18, no product!   They have NEVER called me to advise on ETA.  I have called them, and been bounced around from voice mail to voice mail.  No calls.  Once they said the exhaust system lot had poor chrome and they sent them back for re-chrome.  Would take about a week.  No call.  I called and they said back to re-chrome again.  I asked for a manager or officer of company.  Again, smoke and mirrors.  Never a name or real person.  Found owners name on Linkedin.  Kenneth Price.  Sent him an email of how his team refuses to let me speak to a manager to complain or get a definitive answer on ETA.  So, there they sit on my $1000 and all I get is lies, deception and nonsense.  I only wish I could find another provider for what I want.  This system is prominently displayed on their home page.  Quite the scam and lies.  If you're able, spend your money elsewhere.  My experience is horrible.  I truly wonder if their product quality will be just as lousy.
