Sansone Route 1 automall Have not recieved my license plates, registration and title in 9 months avenel, New Jersey

I traded in my Nissan Maxima to buy a Dodge Nitro, they took the VIN of the maxima came back with everything cleared no liens, did all the paperwork on both vehicles there was a Zero dollar balance with the trade in of my maxima which is stated on the BIll of Sale i have in my possession, we were supposed to transfer my plates and so on...9 months later i still have no registration, no license plates and no title to the Dodge. They will not issue me these things because 9 months later they are coming back sayin I owed money on the Maxima. The maxima was already sold to someone else. How is it possible to run a VIN on a car, sell the car to me with a trade in of a zero dollar balance with hold all my documents to be able to drive the car for 9 months and then call and tell me they were sending me to jail because I owed them money...The sales people were a joke and all about the age of their young 20's, I took the car home the same day with the promise of getting my registration and plates in 20 days and guess what 9 months later I have a car sitting in my driveway because i have no plates or registration. Everytime I called they told me the clerk was out to lunch or not in. A month into having the Truck the car basically blew up on the road and when i got the truck towed they told me it wasnt covered under warranty when I said i was calling the media thats when my truck miraculously got fixed, the water pump melted and the car was not able to be driven. This dealership has given my nothing but stress and aggrevation and I am out of a car now because they refuse to give me temporary plates so that I can drive and on top of it threatened to put me and my 82 year old grandma who co signed for the maxima in Jail. I was told by supposedly the owner of Sansone that if i didnt get down there the day they called me which was a month ago they were sending detectives to me to arrest me, now please tell me how they sell a car, clear my maxima and then call me 9 months later to tell me i have to return the truck because there is money owend and I was going to be arrested. All their employees at Sansone do nothing but cheat and lie and its is the absolute worst place to purchase any vehicle they should be shut down!!
