Sears Parts & Repair Centers Excess Time on Air Conditioner repairs Henderson, Nevada

I have an Air Conditioner from  Sears. It is under a service contract. It's been over 2 weeks in 101 to 109 degree temperatures and I'm still waiting for them to come and fix it. They said they had to order parts and that they would return in 3 days to repair it. They never showed up. They had the parts shipped to my apartment and I have had the parts sitting in my living room for 2 days now. And now they say they will be another 4 days before they will come and make the repairs. I believe I should be compensated for storing their parts in my apartment and for the lie I was told about when they would be out to repair it. If you purchase an Air Conditioner from Sears with a service contract be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks for them to get around to it.
