please don't use this company to ship anything. I was ripoff by these guys. they will make u pay extra than the agreed amount. I was given a quote which include the cost of shipping and all necessary document. After paying 500$ upfront for the booking, these guys ended up making me to pay more than the agreed amount.
I paid for customs document twice and yet they don't response or listen to a customer complaint, that is the reason they only receive voice mail by email and at all time their voice mail is full, they don't give a chance for a verbal conversation with their customer because they know they are not honest. if anyone is doubting call their number +1 718-268-6233 or any number on their website. Please don't ship or do business with them!! They will rip you off
