I bought a car from them
The car had 2 years manufacturers warranty which stil has not expired.
They sold me an extended warranty that would begin after my manufacturer's warranty expired.
I WAS TOLD I COULD GET A FULL REFUND OF THE UNUSED PORTION OF THE WARANTY.
MY manufacturer's warranty is still in place. I have been trying to cancel the extenede warranty for the LAST 3-4 MONTHS. There is either no reponse or that "they are working on it"
They want me to take a huge discount when no portion of the warranty has been used.
THE WARRANTY WAS SUPOSED TO EXTEND MY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. WHY SHOULD I PAY WHEN I STILL HAVE MY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY?
I AM AFRAID THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT SOMEONE I WOULD RECOMMEND AS REPUTABLE OR DECENT.
