septic solutions called company for septic tank pumping on 11-30-10 quoted $280.00-300.00 charged $600.00 & tank was damaged during pumping they refuse to repair temple, Georgia

i called this company on 11-30-10 for an estimate to pump my septic tank & was quoted a price of 280.00 - 300.00. they came out on 12-01-10. my husband and i are seniors and this is our first home with septic. shortly after they arrived the company informed me that the price would be 600.00. we are required to have septic

tanks pumped by douglas county every 5yrs.we were told our tank was 24 inches deep and they would have to use a back h*o to dig. i was also told during thr initial call that they initially installed the tank and they knew where to find it but the dug up

the wrong area and broke our drain pipes.when they found the correct area they also cracked the the septic tank cover and are refusing to take responsibilty for it.

I call another co. for another opinion and was informed, in writing by this company what they had done and  we had been ripped off. the other company stated the price with them would have been 200.00.septic solutions also quoted 2,250.00 to replace the septic coverif we agreed to new one or 1,950.00 for a used cover.when i contacted them about what i had been told by another company the guy who came out became extremely loud & very nasty because i had stopped payment on my check. he told me he was going to hae me arrested if i did not have another ck in thier office by friday 12-11-10 for 500.00 and he refused to even try to work out anything else

i sent them a ck for 500.00 because i have never been arrested and at my age i don't want to go to jail now. he told me not ever call their company again because i was a liar & he was not going to repair anything that was broken at my home
