I had a Shasta pool built - pebble tec, salt system and wireless remote.  It has been a nightmare ever since.  In 4 years, I have had a ton of problems with the Salt System - I have had them out to clean it since they told me to soak it in straight acid and that didn't even work.  (It kept showing low salt, clean cell)  Eventually, they told me the Quick Clor had to be replaced, wasn't covered and would cost $1300. Multiple $80 service calls - 4 in the last two weeks.  Two weeks after replacing the salt system - The entire filter had to be replaced but was covered by Hayward who said they cut their ties with Shasta and the pop up system tends to get clogged and causes the filters to split - the pop up system is a Shasta product.  They replaced the "lid" twice in a month (I was charged the first time and found out that it was supposed to be covered!).

It is a bad product- looks great but $$ keep going out.  I would never buy Shasta again.
