I visited this site because they offered a service where I could split two NFL jersey together. Their site claimed to sell Authentic Nike Elite NFL Style jersey showing pictures of each jersey. They looked exactly like those from the NFL Shop website. After following the directions carefully, I ordered the AZ Cardinals Black Jersey and the Seahawks Gray Jersey, my team and my sons team. Pretty simple. I selected the size Medium and based off their Size charts a Men’s medium was a chest 40 length 32. The Jersey was around $79 and there was a $29 fee for the alterations. I also paid $39 for express shipping since it was coming from the Philippines. I sent their email address just confirming that I did it right and Art contacted me back pretty fast and said yes I was good to go.

I finally got my order and what did I find, the jersey wasn’t anywhere near the Nike Elite Style. The first major mistake was instead of the Seahawks Gray; they gave me the white color jersey. Second it wasn’t even the correct style jersey from their page that I selected. It was a generic jersey with Seahawk colors. Third the size was enormous on me, the length almost went to my knees. On the bottom of the jersey there was still a piece of fabric stitched to it with the alteration notes and the size stated M – 44/32, their own site say 44 is a large. Needless to say I was pissed, two weeks till Super bowl and now I’m not going to have the Jersey I paid to express ship.

I immediately contact Art at their email address providing photos of all the issues and the following is what transpired:

 I just received my order today in the mail and there have been a few mistakes. First off the Seahawks jersey side is white when I order the Alternate Gray style. Second the Jersey for the Seahawks looks nothing like the pictures you have on the site. Its missing the Seahawks logo on the shoulder and the strips are going the wrong way. Second the Cardinals bird on the back was cut in half rather than removed or kept whole. The size also on your site states medium for men is 40 chests 32 length. but the fabric shows Medium 44/32, It is too large and goes past mid-thigh almost to my knees. I need the correct size of 40. How can I get this corrected?

Thank you for your mesage. I am sorry the jersey is not what you wanted these issues need to be addresses. Yes the color was done wrong. But the size is exactly as the listing and size charts say. Our medium jersey is to fit a size 40 chest not a flat measurement of 40". It should be about 44" to do that. The logo was cut in half because it is a split jersey, only half should appear on the jersey.

If you want to return the jersey to us we can correct the color issue and the missing Seahawks logo. But the size is as ordered and the Cardinals logo is as ordered.

Please let me know if you will be returning the jersey using the Postal System or by FedEx, DHL , Etc., as it controls what the return address is.

The color yes I would like fixed and I would like the correct Seahawks jersey show on your sight not just the logo stitched on the shoulder of the style I got. The cardinals bird, understandable I didn't factor in the patch when ordering. I can use any company to return, will you be providing a prepaid postage for me to do so? I don't see why I need to pay shipping for a mistake that wasn't my fault.

 Can I get the authorization to get my order returned and corrected? Again I don't feel I should have to pay for your company’s error. Even your website's "Returns & Exchanges" page states that you personally and carefully inspect all items prior to shipment and packaging for delivery. If that was the case, you should have caught the major error in color and style prior to shipping. I paid for the expedited cost in order have the jersey for a work function and the super bowl which will not happen now because of having to mail it back then wait for it to be fixed and mailed back to me. The photos on your site depicted the Official NFL Jersey and your description states that your jersey are constructed & crafted to replicate the pro uniform jersey design, based on what I saw, that's not what I got. The size is not correct, a medium should not hang down 2 inches above my knees and so large around my neck that the V-neck hangs over my sternum. Also the style was no were near Seahawks Nike Elite jersey style that is shown on the website. I want to give your company the benefit of the doubt since I have not been able to find another company to do split jerseys. For what I spent I could have purchased and authentic NFL jersey and I don't have the income to be wasting.

Still no response

I believe because I called him out on his own sites polices in the last email, he has simply just stopped responding. I will be filing a dispute with my Credit Card company for merchandise/service was not as described and merchandise I received was counterfeit based off their description.

I urge you not to use this site. If you want split jersey and have the money, purchase authentic from NFL shop and have a local alteration shop do it for you. This has been a waste of my time and a big disappointment. No consumer should have to pay return shipping fees for a mistake made but the business.
