July 8 I won $6000 

There is an approval process that is supposed to take 7-10 business days

Payment is supposed to be made shortly after approval.

Since July 8 I have not received any communication.

When I inquire online I am told it is awaiting approval

I have been paid $2000.  I am still waiting on the remaining $4000. The answer I get when I ask is ... we will pay soon!!!!! whatever that means.
