SND Automotive/Daryl Richardson Sold me a vehicle they legally did not own and refuses to give my money back Aurora Colorado

In June of 2013 I paid $500 cash to Daryl Richardson for a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo.  After after problems with the vehicle he would not fix I bought a new alternator for $130.  Come to find out when pulled over by the police the license plates tags were false and the car was not even registered and all documents in the car did not say Daryl Richardson's name.  it belonged to some women I did not know.  So now I have a court date out $630 and Daryl Richardson refuses to give me my money back or acknowledge he did wrong.
