I bought a Samsung Infuse 4G Unlocked Smartphone for $213.94 - from amazon under: Sooner Soft Electronics: that said "used - excellent condition" what I got was a broken/fake/counterfiet phone that does not turn on after recharging, The seller has stalled me for 4 months - than finally agreed to return the phone. I had returned the phone to the seller as agreed from: Jason Mills from SoonerSoft Electronics, He advised me the phone has water damage - I had told him I just opened the package & the phone was not able to turn on. 

I had checked out his website soonersoftonline.com & saw that it says that he buys broken phones & sells them as used - I also checked & see that many fraudulent sellers use the line" Phone has water damage" in order to not fix or refund the buyer. The Seller : Jason Mills aka SoonerSoftOnline.com has refused to refund me & has kept the phone. Jason Mills of SoonerSoftOnline.com has stolen my phone & never gave me the phone back! I suggest amazon & ebay & his website domain registered in China take off his account - so that he may not ripoff anybody else. Thank you so much for hearing me out.

 

do not do business with www.soonersoftonline.com or soonersoft electronics on amazon as soonersoft electronics, or the owner jason mills from oklahoma city, oklahoma. he is running a scam website domain which is registered in china. Jason Mills owner of www.soonersoftonline.com has stalled me for 4 months intentially to decieve me of my refund with amazon.

I had reported him to amazon and bbb.org and finally had an agreement that he will take the phone back, jason mills of soonsoftonline.com has stolen my phone and never gave me a refund. I am writing here , as a last resort resort because he has refused communication with me or bbb.org or amazon about this matter.so that amzaon and ebay and even his website domain registered in china take his account off - and that he may not ripoff anybody else. Thank you so much.

Consumer Complaint Wrong!

I have done business with Jason Mills at Soonersoft through Ebay and I wanted to express how wrong the complaint against them was. The descriptions of the devices being purchased are always extremely accurate and never fraudulent. If an individual buys a clearly described broken phone, it's the risk they agreed to.

I purchased a broken iPhone 5 from Soonersoft on Ebay and I was able to completely repair the phone to working like new. Soonersoft even offered a 60 day no questions asked return if needed. Soonersoft is by no means a fraudulent business and I am very pleased with their business.

If we sold counterfeit good then why would we have a 99.9 percent rating on ebay for 7 years of business, an A rating with the BBB, and over 100,000 pleased customers. 

 

This website is registered with GoDaddy.com. 

We challenge you to find 1 counterfiet item on our website. 

If this Rip Off Report was not a good place for me to advertise my company and give me rational side (1000s of customers who are pleased) I would file a defamation suite against this buyer. 

We are extremely fair. We offer refunds in almost all circumstances within 90 days. If you read all of our postiive feedback you will see this. We have a very small percent of negative experiences. Less than 1 percent. If you look at our feedback on ebay you will see just how many people we have dealt with. Over 22,000 postiive comments. Les than 50 negative in 5 years. 

The truth is that only 1 of 5 buyers take the time to leave feedback. This means we have sold to over 100,000 customers. Out of all of these customers we only have 1 BBB claim / 1 Rip Off Report. I would call this oustanding. 

I can promise that we are VERY fair. We always take care of our customer. This was instead an attempt to return a device that was ruined by our customer themselves. This was returned to us 5 months after delivery. I have emails from this customer dating 5 months after delivery claiming "they just got around to using it and it does not turn on." We have to protect ourselves agaist customers who try to defraud us. This was one of those instances. 

I have credintials from Amazon.com and eBay stating I am in the top 5 percent of all sellers in customer services. I am a eBay Top Rated Seller.

I am here to help you if you need anything and please do not trust this complaint, and do not even trust me. Trust my past customers. The feedback speaks for itself. 

This customer is trying to defaud me but I am not the type of person to let small issues like this drag out. Send us your paypal email address and we will refund you money. I can see that rational discussion will not resolve this and grow tired of this debate.

Jason Mills you are a False, running a Crooked Broken Celleular Company to unsuspecting customers that rely that amazon won’t sell them a broken phone or product!

The phone didn’t come with any warranty that is an outright false & you didn’t send me any warranty- outright false. You said on BBB.org report 4 months now you are saying 5 – outright false.  If the phone has water damage – why did you not say that on amazon – your description of the phone – outright false.  You are saying I did not want the phone back – outright false. The BBB.org clearly states customer not satisfied – it was not in your Favor – outright false.

  1. You just changed your website hosting – because I pointed it out – It was indeed hosted in china when I filed this report. & now you also display your real name Jason Mills & your Addres - it was not when I filed this report.
  1. You indeed sell counterfiet phones – my phone was a counterfeit. –  You sell broken & counterfeit phones you even say on your website you sell broken phones on your first page.   1.  BBB.org  - you sent me an email – bbb.org has rejected my case,  saying outright decieit by you – when the case was still pending . You don’t speak for the bbb.org or for other customers. You tried to manipulate me & defraud me.  bbb.org  case was still pending when you told me that. I can provide the bbb.org complaint in full here & your emails here. You also wrote me you had 3 testers employees – but you didn’t know which employee tester - tested the phone. When I asked you to speak with your supposed testers you refused - when I asked you the names of the testers you said you don't know the names of your supposed testers & you don't know who tested the phone before you sent to me. You don’t have No testers – you are  outright decieptive & manipulator.
  1. bbb.org  did not  judge in your favor,  here is what they wrote “http://www.bbb.org/oklahoma-city/business-reviews/home-electronics/soonersoft-in-oklahoma-city-ok-90030747/complaints” “ customer not satisfied with business response”  & on 5/14/2013 you joined bbb.org so as to get a better grade & you changed from sole propiortership to llc to cover yourself. You do not speak for the bbb or for any customer.
  2. You do indeed sell damaged phones you say so on your website – & you now changed your website. You said on your website when I wrote the report “We buy broken phones” your response to me & bbb.org was ” your phone has water damage” a phone that has water damage is indeed a broken phone.

you sent me a phone that is either a counterfeit & broken,  knowingly & intentionally to defraud me.

 Jason Mills you & your Company www.soonersoftonline.com  & your amazon id: soonersoft electronics & your eBay id: soonersoft are a ripoff, fraudster & criminal – you are the only false report here !

You need to be fully investigated by the police, sherif, fbi & us attorney & any other law enforcement agency, & you need to be prosectued & your business license needs to be revoked!

I am here to set the record straight. 

What Happened with this customer: He purchased a phone with a 90 day warranty and contacted us after 5 months. We politely told him it had been too long to file a warranty claim. After numerous contacts from the customer I agreed to take a look at the phone and if not fixable I would return it. 

When we got the phone it was water damaged and had multiple indicators tripped. We could not take it back. 

I offered to ship it back he said he did not want it back. We recycled it. 

He proceeded to file a Better Business Buearu claim which was granted in SoonerSoft favor. You can see our A rating if you go to the BBB website. 

FUTHERMORE: 

1. Our website is not registered in China. It is ran in Oklahoma City, and is hosted by GoDaddy.com. 

2. We do not sell counterfiet items. You can check our feedback on eBay or Amazon.com. Its 100 percent on Amazon and 99.9 percent positive on ebay. This speaks for itself. 

3. We only have 1 complaint with Better Business. From this customer and it was judged in our favor. 

4. We do not sell damaged phones as working, we either repair them, recycle them for parts, or sell them as damaged.
