I bought a plan F medicare supplement from these guys and found out when I tried to use it they are only open 5 days a week and do not have 24 hour service. the authorization phone # is in Florida a 3 hour time difference. when the pharmacy tried to authorize covered medical experiences they were closed so I was asked to pay out of pocket which I do not have I am on permanent disability and have very little after I pay all my fixed expenses. I will have to wait until they see fit to open so I can get my medical supplies. I did a little checking and found every medicare supplement provider I called has a 24 hour authorization # and it is available every day of the year. I found a replacement plan thru AARP which is much cheaper and also includes discounted eye care and discounted dental. unless you are going to use these guys services on the days and times they are open their coverage in my opinion is WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i called this company to verify that they were open and they were. after asking a few questions I found out that if I pay for anything they cover they will not reimburse me. I would be required to return the product and have it billed directly from the vendor. according to the person I talked to this is the only way they will pay for covered expenses. this conversation was recorded. I also asked to cancel this policy, I was told it could not be done over the phone, I would receive a packet to fill out and then the policy could be canceled. this will take enough time that they would have taken another premium from my bank account. rather than continue with the aggravation I have gone to my bank and stopped them from accessing anything from my account ever again. I have found a policy thru AARP that is less expensive and it also includes discounts on eye care and dental if I use preferred AARP providers.
