Steves Auto Sales David Hoppe and Steve David Hoppe sold me a frame damaged car Scottsbluff Nebraska

 I no longer have the car, but in 2009 I purchased a 2005 Chevy Impala LS. The first problem I had was the car had no title. A week after I got it. The dash cluster went out. Well Steve didn't want to pay for it. He wanted me to send it in a pay almost $400.00 to have it fixed. So I purchased a used one. Well when it started snowing outside. The car had a problem where the back end would fish tail really bad. I couldn't go more than 25 or 30 mph on any road that was wet or icy. Well I tried to trade it for a new car in 2011 at our Ford dealer. They did a background check which was not expected and found the car was in an accident. The car was totaled and salvaged. I took it to Bumper to Bumper Body and Paint and they inspected it and stated it showed signs of frame damage. The car's back tires lasted less than 1000 miles. I blew a tire twice. I tried to tell Steve and he told me he would have never sold me a frame damaged car. Well you didn't sell it to me your assistant Dave Hoppe did. Dave Hoppe stated to me that Steve was gone when the car was picked up. Steve was rude to me over the phone about the whole thing. Well you should have told me the car had frame damage. Not only that, but maybe should've never had it on the lot in the first place. Steve never works with anyone period I'm suprised I'm the only one to file a ripoff report. I had another friend who got a car from him also. Transmission went out 3 days after the purchase and Steve wouldn't replace it. So my friend had to pay for a car that didn't run. This man and his company. Steve's Auto Sales is a bad place.

Steve is very rude to everyone he does not work with you. Also another pointer is if you work for another car dealer in town you are not allowed on his lot. It happened to a friend of mine. Steve threatened to kick him off the property. Told him to quit investigating his lot. I call that a red flag there.

My Impala was traded at Reganis Auto Center I did get trade on it. However the car is from what I found out. Not resellable. It was shipped out and I would guess they did the background check. The car is likely getting smashed. I think Steve's cars should be inspected before they are sold. If they are inspected it's one of his buddies that will do anything for a friend.
