........I SENT A PHONE BACK IN APRIL AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK AS OF YET..THEY LIE AND SAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IN 30 DAYS. THEY MUST MEAN 30 YEARS. I ONLY HAD THE PHONE 2 DAYS AND SENT IT BACK. I HAVE CALL THEM SO MUCH I HAVE GOTTEN TRIED OF CALLING. I HAVE A LOG OF EVERY TIME I CALL THEM. AND THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING. "YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND IN 30 WORKING DAYS" d**n IT WAS IN APRIL . GOOD SERVICE.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GETTING READY TO CALL BETTER BUSINESS B. It has been 6 months now and still have not receive my refund

Do you have a tracking number that shows they received it?
When you are calling them why do they say you haven't gotten your money back yet?
