STUART SERVICES/ HVAC DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! METAIRIE LOUISIANA

I contacted Stuarts Services to make repairs to my home early May 2016.  The plubmer and electrician were ok. Howerver, The A/C repair was a nightmare. I have four units in my home. One of the units (per Stuarts's ) needed to have a board replaced in the compressor. I paid for this part and installation in addition to having an old zoneing system removed and replaced with Nest devices. I paid ALOT of money to have the old zoning system removed (The English Turn Price) which is totally unethical, but I was desperate at the time. The tech Kyle was very nice and seemed knowlegable at the time. A week later the a/c which required the board replacement, went out. I called them back, and then they told me I needed to replace the entire system. The price was insane!!! I'm a very savy consumer, so I had already priced new units prior to them coming out. I called the company asking that I WAS REFUNDED FOR THE BOARD I HAD JUST PURCHASED A WEEK AGO... $850 FOR THE PART. Later I was told to speak to the QA manager Donald Hertz. This guy is super rude!!! I demamded my refund of the part, he finally agreed but refused to look into anything regarding the work performed on my home. I called him on the high priced unit and he went on and on about why their price is sooooo high. I then told him that ALL of the work performed on my home was warrantied per the contract. He told me, that if he wasnt going to get the job for the new unit, he would NOT honor my warranty. THATS NOT IT......A week later one of the thermostats stopped working. Today I called so that the tech can come out to troublshoot.....theres that warranty again... He said they would not come out,he even refused service. This guy is totally unprofessional. I will take this matter up with the BBB. I'm not one to write complaints online, but this company claims to be professional... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!
