I paid online on the 1st. The payment system on real estate company's end didn't take it. I paid it again on the 5th and was slapped with a late fee of $25 plus a NSF fee of $25.  

I checked with my bank (Chase) and they said the payment was never presented on the 1st which means it was something on the end of the real estate company.

The manager still refused to do anything about it. Her name is Courtney.

Sundial contacted the bank/software company to find out exact reason for payment rejection. This was requested on Friday and answer provided to Complaintant on Tuesday. Multiple times, and by multiple office staff complaintant was told that the exact reason was being researched for her. Tuesday we forwarded the notification to the Complaintant from the software company explaining "The reason this payment NSF'd is not because of insufficient funds, but because the account numbers entered either don't match the name on the account or don't correspond to an account that is open."; and therefore the bank rejected the payment. Complaintant was the party that entered the banking information incorrectly. The software company also emailed the Complaintant directly notifying her of payment rejection when it occured. The rental payment was then re-submitted to Sundial on the 6th of the month; per contract rent is due on the 1st. We have offered to accept payments and work with Complaintant on the balance due. Unfortunantly per Complaintants request, waiving fees for 1 person and not everyone is not our policy. We strive to provide quality service to our customers and clients. Thank you
