Received first call early in 2009 for a "great" deal on office supplies from the nicest lady. However, upon receipt of shipment the pricing was not what she had mentioned on the phone. I pulled our current office supply catalog and compared pricing. Her prices were way out of line. So, I called and said that if we had to pay these prices we would be returning the entire shipment, so we came to a deal. Then beginning of 2010, received another call about how happy and excited she was to send me a complete four piece place setting and if I needed additional pieces to please let her know. A week later, we receive a shipment of post it flags, invoice amount $4355.99. I called and told her that we would not be keeping this shipment and she was not very happy. In addition to sending the flags back, she asked me to return the place settings as well. Took the shipment to our shipping department, four days later it is returned with a note from Fed Ex that they are closed, went out of business!!!! BEWARE!!!
