 I ordered a deal that SX3 gloves was offering, 2 for 1 gloves for Christmas. I placed the order with ease one infielders glove and a catchers glove, they took my money of course and then the wait which took appoximately six weeks. I finally received the gloves and WOW is all I can say as to how terrible the quality of these two gloves are. The colors are faded, the stamping looks a if it was done over and over which is uneven and blurred. The holes for the lacing are mostly jagged and torn into the leather. They are stiched imperfect so you cannot get your fingers in the pockets. The infielders glove is flimsy and the white looks very worn and faded, the catchers glove is completely mis-shaped. I would not embarrass my son with these gloves nor myself. It is apparent that they do not care about product quality when making gloves for this deal. After contacting them by phone which they never answer or return calls and sending countless emails they have completely refused to remake these gloves or unltimately refund my money. I also ordered a close-out glove they had listed on the website. I ordered a adult 11.5" infiled glove, I received a 10.75" childs glove in which my hand would obviously not fit into. I contacted them and they said they would ship the correct replacement, they never did. Finally after countless emails trying to find out where the replacement was I was told it was never sent and I would have to return this glove first. At this point I just asked for a refund and to be re-imbursed for the freight, which they agreed. I shipped the glove back on Decemeber 11th. On December 19th I again emailed them asking where my refund was and they stated they never received the glove. I track the package and it was delivered on december 13th. So today December 23rd I receive an email that they finally did receive the glove and I should receive a refund sometime this week minus a $35.00 restocking fee. I cannot believe they would charge a $35.00 restocking fee when they sent the wrong glove! Also the glove only cost $59.95 to begin with. I have never dealt with anyone or any company that treats their customers this way. They have shown absolutely no remorse in the fact the gloves are un-acceptable and refuse in any way to make it right. DO NOT buy from this company..YOU will not be happy!

SX3 didn't know who I waa when I reached out to them. They're a family owned, nice group of people. The quality is like Rawlings hoh. You're texting handmade gloves!!! Cheap!! They give back to the community. I'm approached as a MILB/MLB pitcher by glove reps. SX3 is far above. Small companies will write these reports to improve their own sales.

 

great job SX3 I will always use you're glove.

 I read the following comment and wanted to know if it was submitted by SX3.

"You truly embody the usual American consumers need to screw others so they can feel better about themselves."

Was this just from a random person or does it represent the thoughts of SX3 and their staff and employees? I am searching for a reputable company to order a glove for my son, but will not do business with a company that believes the comment above. If this comment does not represent your views I would appreciate you saying so.

 I returned the gloves to SX3 back in February 2014, they never acknowledged receiving them or did I hear anything at all from them. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company and after their investigation the funds were finally credited back to my account. SX3 DID NOT issue any type of refund! My complaint from the beginning with SX3 was not that the order was incorrect but the quality was by far inferior to what I had received from them previously. The second issue was their complete lack of care for myself as a paying customer and not once did they address the real complaints that were brought to their attention and literally refused any type of resolve.

After Mr. Sheldon Noah being a nuisance. His money was refunded. Customers like Mr. Noah from Lake Elsenor, CA are not worth the fight even though he was WRONG. Anyone Selling Goods, Sports Equipment beware of this Man. He's a thief. He will buy and then return after because he doesn't like the color. After you gave him exactly what he ordered. He is not worth the time. Please forward to anyone doing business or selling Sports Equipment on Baseball Softball Groups, FB or any other Social Media Site. Beware Beware Beware !!

Update to anyone who reads this.

After Mr. Sheldon Noah being a nuisance. His money was refunded. Customers like Mr. Sheldon Noah are not worth the fight even though he was WRONG.

SX3 Sports will always put our customers first. But realize that we can not satisfy 100% of the american people. They will always be Con-Artist thief like Mr. Noah, from Lake Elsinor, CA.  All Businesses be Aware of this man.

I have never asked for anything for free, I have only asked that my complaints be addressed and be taken care of as a paying customer. I have returned the first glove that was shipped incorrectly and have only received $59.95 for the cost of the glove. I had to ship it back at my cost and did not receive compensation for the shipping. I also returned the additional two gloves 10 days ago and have received zero response for my refund request. All I wanted was to be handled in a timely considerate manner and that still has not happened. Now how is that a scam?

To the op you should really be ashamed of your actions you are the scammer and you are the thief. You truly embody the usual American consumers need to screw others so they can feel better about themselves. You are slime sir. A reputable business is being defamed and slandered due to your inability to be honest. What you are doing is called "social blackmail" you think it's perfectly ok to lie online to get your way. I really can't believe how sleezy you are.

i really really hope this company can take your lieing sleezy a*s to court and sue you for every cent you have. Maybe that would teach you the value of honesty. All it takes is a court order to this site and they know its you posting. this site is a great tool but only when people are honest about the situation . You have lied and slandered a reputable business and I truly hope that you are held accountable for not just your lies but for scamming.

1st Response Unhappy Customer !!

Mr. Sheldon Noah, has been a client of ours for over 2 years and this is  his third time he has ordered from SX3  buy 1 get 1 Free Christmas
Deal.  We feel the reason Mr. Noah is Un-Happy is when he received the  2 custom gloves he wanted to change colors of embroidered names that were said to be incorrect.  I then attached a copy of his online order  form that he submitted and showed that the gloves were manufactured
correctly according to his specifications.   Mr. Noah, got upset  and demanded a refund or he would speak bad about SX3,
the quality and our bad service.  I mentioned in a response  email back to Mr. Noah that showed exactly the order form that he
personally submitted online and that SX3 policy is that once a Custom Glove is manufactured there is no turning back.  He has since
gone to social media and talk about his experience in hopes of getting what he  wants.  Mr. Noah was extremely happy and all his friends commented how nice  his gloves were according to his Face Book photos. (See attached FB posting from Mr. Noah ). SX3 has a guarantee that if we make a mistake or error, we will remake glove according to the customer's standards. That is our Guarantee!!

As for the Close Out Glove that Mr. Noah purchased.  We acknowledge  that we did send him an incorrect glove that was the wrong
size.  I spoke with him personally and agreed to send him the correct  glove once the incorrect glove was sent back.  Mr. Noah again refused to
send glove back and demanded us to send him the correct glove first.  When  we did not send the correct glove when he demanded Mr. Noah got
upset, called to complain and told us to forget on sending him the  correct glove.  So he then demanded a full  refund for the Close Out Glove.  I told Mr. Noah that we will refund  the monies ($59.99 for the returned glove, shipping charges of $12.35 which he  paid to send back to his credit card minus our policy of $35.00 restocking  fee).  Mr. Noah then demanded that all of  his money get returned and NOT pay a restocking fee of $35.00. (Companies like  Amazon, Wal-Mart, Sears charge a re-stocking fee of $75.00).  Once again Mr. Noah agreed to our Terms and
Condition on our SX3 Sports Website that explains our restocking fee policy.  The cost to ship the original Close Out Glove
was $12.95 which Mr. Noah did NOT pay for.  As of 12/26/2013 SX3 has refunded Mr. Noah $59.99 for the Close Out Glove and SX3 DID NOT charge him the re-stocking fee).  We did not refund the shipping cost for the incorrect glove that he  returned because it was his decision not to have the
correct glove shipped to him. SX3 originally had spent $12.95 for shipping the  1st glove to him. I feel Mr. Noah is unhappy and wanted to see what he could get for Free and just because we are a small family owned company with 6 years in  business and over 10K Custom Gloves Manufactured does not give him the  right to demand and threaten us with all this social  media.  SX3 has a 99.99% satisfaction rate with thousands of positive comments and satisfied customers.  We have not had one negative compliant or customers like Mr. Noah over the last 6 years in business. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and try making sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied.  But we also look out for scammers and customers trying to get something for free.

2nd Response   Unhappy Customer !!

Have Mr. Noah send gloves back to SX3 Sports LLC. We will  have our Quality Assurance Department review the quality and materials.  If we find that the materials used are inferior to what we currently use. Then SX3 will remake both gloves as soon as possible and ship him 2 new gloves. 
If we find that the quality and materials are currently the same materials we are using and have been using for last 6 years. SX3 will than ship the 2 original gloves ordered back to Mr. Noah.

Mr. Sheldon Noah,

 

Has been a a client of ours for over 2 years and this is his third time he has ordered from SX3  buy 1 get 1 Free Christmas Deal. The reason he is Un happy is due to his Submitted online order that was manufactured according to His specification.  When he received both gloves He wanted to change the colors and our SX3 policy is that once a Custom Glove is made there is no changing order.

He was upset about his ordered that he threatened and complained about Our bad service. But according to his FB page he posted of SX3 Custon Gloves. He was extremly happy and all his friends commented how nice his gloves were.  As for the Close Out glove he ordered.  We did send him the wrong size Glove and I spoke with him personally and agreed to send him correct glove once the incorrect glove was sent back. I don't know of any company willing to Send a product prior to receiving other item in hoping they get the other in return.  I think Mr. Noah is unhappy and wanted to see what he can get for Free. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction and over the last 6 years and 8K Custom Gloves manufactured We have not had one negative compliant or customers like Mr. Noah.
