Tailwaggers Mary Lawrence, Laura LIARS, THIEVES and MISLEADING ALL CLIENTS Gainesville Georgia

In August 2013 I took my 2 dogs to this facility for boarding. I called to make a reservation and was told that the runs, or "condo"  they called them were a good size for 2 dogs. I booked a condo for my dogs. When I got there Laura checked me and my dogs in. This woman is on crack or somethin..she just was so OVER friendly and so fake. She wouldn't shut up and continued to overtalk me and was on her knees on the floor with the dogs. Her clothes were dirty, her shoes were too. She did not look like a professional. I should have left then. Its cool that folks like your dog..but this was almost kid like. The rip off I got was that I was TOLD that the run area was air conditioned..IT IS NOT!! If you care about your dogs dont go to this place. It is dark, dirty, has no air conditioning and the "condos" are tin!!! That's right..tin..like a roof. There was silt lookin dirt all over the corners of the runs. I looked at a couple of the other runs that had dogs in them. The water pails in with the dogs did not have fresh water. It looked like I washed my boots off in it. I felt bad leaving my guys there,but I had to catch my plane. They were there for 8 days and I was very concerned for their health. I called to check on them every day. When I picked them up, they were filthy!!!!!! I went back with another girl to help with getting the boys ready to go. I think she was too inexperienced to be working with animals. Disgusting. Smelled like feces(their feet and legs) when I put them in my car. It was so hot in that kennel that I was sweating just standing there. Must have been 99 degrees in there! There was a grooming place next door, but Laura didn't mention it and I noticed it because I parked beside their sign in front when I arrived. I had to put the boys in the bath at home. I called to talk to the owner, but I was told she was not there. Laura said there was not a manager only an owner. For the money I paid for my boys to board there I should have been told about the air situation. Being a guy, I can take alot of bad smells, but my dogs stank so bad it was all I could do to keep from hurling all the way home. When we got home they drank like crazy..for ten minutes they drank and drank and drank their water.Save your money and go to a reputable place or a vet..this one is the gutter for sure
