Like everyday I'm supposed to wake up and say rob me.  By the way this was the very response recieved after requesting a refund.  I don't think anyone who recieves such a disrespectful reply as this, would ever expect to be treated with respect after the fact. It is my duty as a human being to do what I can by filing this report and possibly others, with hopes to protect people who are also having difficult times.  If that effort helps even one person it is worthwhile.
