TBDress POOR QUALITY DRESS. NOT AS SHOWN IN PHOTO. REFUSED TO REFUND. Internet

Sent my bridesmaid the wrong color dress, dress was ordered "same as picture"  Other bridesmaids recieved their dresses and it came just like the advertisment, PEACH of color.  My bridesmaid instead was sent a champagne color dress.  They will not assume fault, issue a refund or a return box.

Hello, my name is Cora, my wedding is 2 weeks away.  I had 5 members of my bridal party order dresses.  My Maid of honor ordered her dress and it was fantastic... Dress needed to be heavily altered, 6 inces taken from the front alone, plus the strap had to be adjusted, and the bodice also had to be adjusted.  That was 80$ additional tailoring from an already poorly made dress.  I have 4 bridesmaids that ordered dress code:08887591, in the "same as picture" color.  Please note this dress advertised on their website dpending on your color screen is PEACH.  4 bridesmaids ordered same as picture.  This is what occured, my sister in law recieved her dress July 16,2013, and we noticed right away that the dress was not the same as the picture.  a few days later my two other bridesmaids recieved their dresses, and they both recieved peach colored dresses, and they live in different states for that matter.  My sister in law was sent a champagne color dress, no where near "same as picture"  Instantly I went online and emailed tbdress via their online website messaging system.  I also tried LiveChat, which is just a waste of time, someone says hello my name is XXX and as soon as you address your concern their department is busy. please email them.  I did as per required, emailed pictures, i have now sent over 50 emails, over 20 website messages and 5 phone calls made internationally to China.  They ask for more pictures, they have told me the dress is the same, or why am i being so picky with the color... Because its my wedding, if i wanted to have a champagne color wedding I would have chosen champagne.  My wedding colors WERE peach and orange.  TBdress has done nothing at all, nor will they admit fault in sending the wrong color.  This is a scam where they send you a faulty dress, and you can not recieve exchange or refund, instead they offer you 10$ off your next order.  What makes you think I'm going to order poorly made dresses from you again?

On July 31st, my bridal party purchased new dresses from a bridal salon, I was fortunate to leave the salon with dresses off the rack, in great coniditon and required no alterations for any of them.  The downside is now 3 bridesmaids are stuck with a dress that is not going to worn whatsoever, and they can not return, TBdress has been unresposive to all of them.  Fortunatley the fourth bridesmaid disputed her order through paypal and recieved a full refund.  TB dress has done nothing but built stress on my upcoming event.  My wedding colors had to be changed to orange and pink instead of my orginial peach and orange, because of the new dresses that were purchased.  Flowers, bridal party and groomsmean attire, favors, anything with the color PEACH has to be replaced with PINK, two weeks before my wedding.  

Word to the wise.  Do not use tbdress, they are a scam.  

I had been reading customers reviews and it made me develope some interest on th site.I ordered  Pretty Ruched A-Line V-NeckShort Cockta from the site. Despite the slightes color variation from the exact dress i wanted it was of good qualityand it fitted me well I never return the dress.

I am very impressed by what Tbdress are providing. Everytime I want special occassion dresses I always go to this site to shop.I always get the most latest types all of different taste.

My shopping experience has always been good. I am planning to make more orders from tbdress  this coming months I have seen they have good deals currently and i dnt want to miss out.

One of my weakness is having liking with new dresses, I do always want to have new ones and Tbdress was to able to satisy my needs. I always prefer pay pal payment as it very easy and very convinient when making payment for TBdress.

I have been always on Search Engines and I do come across many things.I do also come across different sites for shopping for different product.

At one time my teen daughter wanted a dress and shoes and I had no time to move from shop to shop looking for them I decide to search for shopping stores on my computer. Tbdress was one of the site i came a cross and i liked their dress.

I check the procedures, the refund policy and customs and i did like tbdress. I Decide to order Concise Strapless A Line- Strappless Appliques  dress from the site for my daughter.

The dress arrived after two day despite the fact that the size was much bigger the quality was good and i decided to keep it rather than return as my daughter was getting bigger.TB dress has been my favourite store since then and many improvement that  have been done on the site.

from my personal experience i can vouch for tbdress.i have bought dresses here not only once and never have i had any difficulties in doing my purchases here.at one time i had an issue with the dress colour but the way my  issue was resolved still amazes me to date. i called them immediately i reallised the dress was of the wrong colour and one staff called Nicole ensured i was brought the right coloured dress.the mistake was actually mine but despite that they brought the right dress at no cost.
