if you go to the website 'tcmdiagnosis.com' you can pay for a a "tcm diagnosis" after answering a health questionnaire - there are 2 versions - the thorough (approx 20-30 minutes to complete) or an express (10-15 minutes to complete)  questions are basic about symptoms you may or may not be experiencing.  Eastern medicine is focused on the body in a different way from western medicine.

i have been using acupunture for over 10 years. i understand organ systems, meridians, tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, etc.  although i am not a qualified practitioner, i am an experienced follower.  The following are NOT qualified tcm diagnoses:

Damp Painful Obstruction - Very Likely
Commonly associated with the tongue being:  very wet, coating is thick, sticky, whitish and wet

Cold Painful Obstruction - Likely
Commonly associated with the tongue being:  thin, white coating, or pale

This i paid $14.95 for?  Absolute rip-off.  and when i contacted them through the website on january 11th, i received a message that said i would get a response w/in 1-2 days.

i also called and spoke to someone named yosef lifshits - he did not answer me when i asked him if he is a licensed acupuncturist.  Also, he told me that the diagnose i got is a real tcm diagnosis - a real tcm diagnosis gives you more information - for example - what meridian is likely affected, hot or cold, etc.  The answers i got tell me nothing.

When i told mr. lifshits that i want my money back he said "why, you got a tcm diagnosis"; i said no, i did not.  i got a 2 line answer that told me nothing.  He then asked me if i am qualified - i said that i have been seeing an acupuncturist for over 10 years - i know what a real diagnosis looks like.  He said that i do not have the right to question his mumbled something - credentials?  i told him i do have the right to question him if i am paying him for a service.  shame on me!

Do not purchase anything from this website.  you will lose your money.
