TechGrass LLC Susan AlexanderForeverLawn Metro Product and Service. We have contracted this company to create an attractive turf for our business. Instead we were lied to in every way possible. Our time, money, honesty, and respect were all treated with harsh ways. Their product and service is the worst. Please, all be aware of this company. They will not do right by you in any way. We contracted TechGrass LLC-ForeverLawn Metro last year to do a full terrace turf installation. The owner of the company Susan Alexander was the one we made an agreement to do our project becuase of her dedication and support that we thought we would of recieved.
She qouted us higher for the same type of installation than the other two vendors we spoke with. We chose TechGrass-ForeverLawn Metro and Susan because we believed in her work, or so we thought we did.
We started our project last year and we should of have known to back away when she started to work on our terrace after almost two months we gave her our initial payment for the project.
Her team took three weeks to do the project and were not actually finished because it was a winter installation. They come back in the spring to finish only to re do most the project due to a very poor installation. After the reinstallation the turf became more and more unbearable to look at becuase it would rise up in all corners and give static to any surface the was touched on the terrace.
When we called Susan back to look and inspect her team's work she demanded more money because she said "in order to make it better" you have to pay me more money. What else did we have left to do, our terrace was a complete mess and we once again believed that should do this time truly keep her word and honesty.
We were so very wrong, please believe me when I say that her product, service, way of doing business is truly unethical, dishonesty, and most degrading company and team, Susan and her lead installer Rudy who should have their license revoked for doing business that means to rip people as fast as possible
This was Susan's promise to us: "to provide a surface of snythetic grass that is asethetically pleasing and properly secured." This is not the case at all! Please, stay away from this company and Susan. Please, do not become a victim of scame and dishonesty with this company, in end they will take your hard earned money and you will never see them AGAIN!

I was shocked to see a report like this. We take this sort of thing very seriously and have been in contact with this client over a period of time to fix whatever issues are occuring on thier roof. The issue has not been the quality of the work or the materials and the client knows this. We have gone above and beyond to try to rectify situations that are not our responsibility but are nevertheless- having an effect on the end result. I can say that since October - we have, as we always do- done everything to accomodate this new business, its opening dates and its photoshoots etc. We have felt that we had a nice relationship as we both worked through a difficult situation which is a unique set of circumstances surrounding the substrate of the roof- a prior construction issue. TechGrass has a Stellar reputation and many satisfied clients. We are known for our specialty work and the high quality of our installaitons and attention to detail of our technicians.
While we continue to work with this client to resolution- This is a grossly inaccurate and malicious account of what has transpired. It could only have been written in haste by someone that is not informed about the time and attention that we have given to this and the discussions that are in progress.
I am attaching our photos of the install which difer greatly from those in the report. I can gladly provide many references to our good work upon request.
