I made a huge mistake.  I found the Canon T5i on www.tecknew.com .  It was $250 cheaper than Amazon.  So I guess I was blinded by savings so I went through the ordering process that required an Amazon Gift Certificate for payment.  The site told you how to pay with the Amazon gift certificate.  You simply email it to the tecknew.com website and receive a confirmation.  I ordered on 4-27-13, it said that I should receive by 5-7-13.  Well I am still waiting.  I sent an email to the email address support@tecknew.com and they replied back that they would ship out another.  I have not heard anything since.  I called Amazon.com about the problem.  They were NO HELP.  At the very least they should be able to see who redeemed the certificate.  All they did after I called, they sent me an email to the link of the fine print of their gift certificates.  I can't beleive that they would not be more helpful then that.  Below I have plublished the emails that I received from tecknew.com.
