Tender Card Aron Swordman, President and Founder Marilyn Quinn, Manager TenderCard steals agents’ income. Aaron Swordman, the owner of TenderCard, mismanaged his financial affairs and apparently filed for bankruptcy a few years ago. To cover his lofty lifestyle, he reduced the agents' income to one-third in early 2012. This translates into a lot of income away from agents and into his deep pockets. His manager, Marilyn Quinn, is fully complicit in this as well. They refer to an email they sent out to agents in April 2012 about the new pricing. But the email did not contain any information on massive income reduction to agents and did NOT discus or allow a reasonable rate increase to merchants. Instead, they lowered the agents' income and have kept it in-house. That is a no-no. Merchants have complained of an arbitrary fee of $195 with no justification. That is a no-no too. Aaron Swordman with the help of Marilyn Quinn is stealing from agents. Do NOT trust this company and do not do business with them. Take your existing business elsewhere. And please pass the word on to others too. East Falmouth Massachusetts

TenderCard (www.tendercard.net) steals agents’ income.  Aaron Swordman, the owner of TenderCard, mismanaged his financial affairs and apparently filed for bankruptcy a few years ago.  To cover his lofty lifestyle, he reduced the agents' income to one-third in early 2012, meaning to $3.3 dollars on a dollar.  That is $67 reduction out of $100 in income, a huge drop.  This translates into a lot of income away from agents and into his deep pockets.  His manager, Marilyn Quinn, is fully complicit in this as well.  Neither one returns calls. And take your existing business elsewhere.  And please pass the word on to others too.
