I placed this order on 11-14-13, for a Canon SuperShot and was almost immediately contacted via email that I needed to contact them for confirmation of the order. When I called back I was told that the security code I provided was not correct, and to please verify the number. Then I was told that the camera I purchased did not have a battery or a charger, was I aware of that fact? that all cameras now adays do not have them included, so of course I ordered them! Which added another $100.00 onto the order. I asked to have a confirmation email sent to me with all these details of the add on. He never sent it. I called on 11-22-13 and asked again, for a confirmation on this order and asked for a tracking number. I was told that it had shipped and was expected to arrive on 11-27-13 and that I needed to call back on 11-25-13 because that was when a number would be available. He tried to tell me that they do not get tracking numbers from UPS because that is how they set their account up, that all free shipping did not get tracking numbers - that is what first alerted me that this might be a scam.... Once I hung up, I went online and found all these scam notices about this company. I also checked the BBB in Florida, same thing. I called them back on 11-25-13 and was told that the custome service department was closed for the day and that I needed to call back the next day. I then tried calling the number that was on my checking statement - ALL STATE CAMERA out of NY, and I swear the guy that answered there was the same guy that I had just talked to in Florida. He told me that they were just the credit card company that took care of the payments and that I needed to call the Digital Pros about the camera. I then called the Digital Pros again, and got the same guy!!!!!!!! He was very rude and said that it had been shipped and to call again tomorrow. I then promptly called my bank and canceled my card and started fraud proceedings against them. When I called them back this morning, AGAIN the same guy answered the phone and stated that the camera had shipped and would arrive now on 12-4-13, when I questioned this date and told him that I was told 11-27-13 he denied it and said that I had been working with him all along and that he never said the 11-27-13 it was always the 12-4-13. He said he would call UPS to get a tracking number if I would like and call me back. To date I have not heard back from them. I have even called UPS and they have no program where they did not provide tracking numbers to their customers.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM!!!!
