The X Banker is a scam loan program that claims if they can not get you $100,000.00 in financing they offer a 100% money back guarantee after completing the 6 months program. I paid close to $2000.00 for this program and 6 months into the program, they claimed that they could not do any more for my business. I requested my money back and they refused. I wish that I would have done my research on them first because so many innocent business owners like my self have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Do not fall for this program and you should never have to pay to get a loan. I have filed a lawsuit in Small Claims court against them on 12-14-10 at the North Justice Center located at 1275 N. Berkley, Fullerton, CA at 8:30am department N-5, if anyone wants to see the outcome and has been ripped off!!

..is that ANY company that offers a 100% money back guarantee, is a scam.
Here is what you do next time. You CHALLENGE the company in question. You approach them with YOUR terms. You say to them right off the bat.."NO up front fees..period". If they can actually deliver as promised..then they should have the confidence to take their cut when the loan comes through. Otherwise...after they get their fee..why would they be inspired to do anything else but avoid you after the fact? If they do not wish to live up to the "challenge" tell them to go f&*k themselves and move on.
Work smart..not hard.. and you will hold on to your money.
