During June and July 2013, everytime I accessed internet, an advertising flashed "Bentleyville single mother earns between $5,000 and $8,000 working at home.  I was very depressed and becoming desparate at the time beacuse I had not worked since tax season.  It had caused insomnia and I was not thinking straight.  Also, I am going blind and soon will not be able to drive to jobs.  The shots I get in my eye leave the eye bloody looking for weeks making it impossible to go on job interviews.

I clicked on the advert.  Signed up for some videos for about  $79 with (Wah Wah University) that were supposed to help learn how to earn money on the ineternet. I spent the weekend studying them, the was cotacted by Jerry Nuelle who gave the heavy handed sales pitch for the VIP program which, he said, guaranteed my success.  I should be making $300-$500 a month within 3 weeks.  He even helped me pay him $12,500 from my credit cards and open new credit card accounts.  He had me electronically sign an agreement with IWI LLC, which aparently does not even exist.

He sent me videos, and had me sign into sites that explained although, they were not listed with the Better Business Bureau, they had an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau Online.  One of their video sites has a list of accredations along the side, all of which are bogus.  Fraudulant.

I received an email from Ryan Morehouse (thecoachingdepartment, applyki.com) giving me sites that I could start accessing to learn how to earn on eBay.  Within a week I received an hour long bullying, threatening phone call from James Ryan telling me that if I did not pay another $12,500 I would not make any money on eBay.

The rest of this story is familiar to everyone else filing against these guys.  Now I am being bullied into having them build me a website through Volsiuon that I would only be able to list 25 products on.  I called Volusion.  They do not have a package that lists less than 100 products.

For the past several weeks my new coach, Davin Perkins, has been having me list only Walmart clearance items on eBay.  He advised me to do several things that do not comply with eBay policies.  Of course, when someone does try to buy the item, it is out of stock at Walmart and eBay charges me cancelation fees.  My agreement was to work 7 to 10 hours a week.  I have been putting in around 40.

He is accusing me of not following his instructions about securing a supplier (who after hearing who I was working with) backed out.  Now I have read all the compalints about Volusion and I believe the scam extends to them also.  I will be calling them back.

We need to band together to try to stop these guys.  They are preying on desparate people.  I am nearing bankruptcy and will probably lose my house, and possible custody of my children.

They should be reported to US Department of Justice for Mass Market Fraud (as soon as the government reopens), the Better Business Bureau, the IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center, the FBI and the IRS.

If anyone knows of a class action suit, or any other lawsuits being filed.  Please post.

These guys should be behind bars!
