I ordered a Breitling for 9680$ and transfered he money 4 months ago.  He hasn't got the watch and refuses to refund my money.  I just want my money back.  Don't trust him!

Sorry but I'm french and i do not practice a very good English ...

I thought that someone who has got this much of money would be able to write understandable English. Who is "he" in the second sentence? How did you "transfer" the money? How did you put in your order? What did the company claim about the loss of product? How did you try to deal with them before you post this report?
