On Tuesday February 24th, 2015 I submitted an order for Final Expense insurance leads through the website theleadsarefree.com. The only method of payment they accept is through PayPal. I was charged $19.95 for 50 leads a day for their subscription service. After several days with no email or phone contact with my account information, I called the phone number on their site and spoke with someone from their messaging service (could never through to the company directly, although I suspect that Tom Meadows is the sole person "working" at the company.) I left numerous phone messages and at least 2 emails and have never received a response to any of my attempts to receive the leads I paid for.
My payment was processed through PayPal and no service has been rendered by the company. I STRONGLY recommend that no one does business with this company or person. There is no delivery of product, no customer service and no response to inquiries.
I have been in sales for almost 30 years and have never seen anything close to this level of poor customer service. I will be requesting a refund through PayPal and filing a complaint with them as well as the BBB in St. Petersburg, FL.
Do NOT do business with theleadsarefree.com or Value Mailing, Inc (the company whose PayPal account accepted my payment and is owned by Tom Meadows)
