I booked a trip through European Destinations in February of 2015 to have a two week trip to Greece for the time frame of June 18th through July 3.  

When I booked this trip, I purchased the insurance for trip cancellation, and explained on the phone my concerns about booking so far ahead, and was told repeatedly by the agent that if I purchased the trip insurance, the ost expensive policy would cover 100% of the booking amount, less the cost of the insurance, without question.

I had to cancel for personal reasons, tried to cancel. I received a partial refund, but was told that $980 of the amount will not be refunded, as it's fee's from Alliance Insurance.

Big Rip Off, that amount was a quarter amount of the entire trip!
