please be careful when this person name "thomas lawson" is telling you that he can finance your project. He filed chapter 13 bankrupcy a few years ago and he claims himself as a banker and talk highly of himself that he can monetize and fund your project and he will ask you to deposit a fee of collateral. he is already being sued for his financial fraud and you can google his name and his company "rb development vs. tutis capital llc. you will see that the lawsuit has been filed. if anybody who has been victimized please post your comment on this website and protect innocent people.
