Tim Hubman, who is currently the President and sole owner of Coexist Foundation, 2829 Bird Ave, #5, Ste 244 (its a POB), Cocnut Grove, Florida, 33133, was convicted and charged with a felony. Hubman was ordered to pay restitiution and serve Jail Time.

Again you are wrong. I am Tim Hubman, and you listed my mothers old address and her private cell phone number, and by the way she has cancer so great job for that, when we have to file a restraining order against you for posting her private cell phone number I am sure you will be proud to tell the judge how you came about saying her number was mine. Even better is that you state that I am married to Lucinda Hubman. Great work whoever you are, Lucinda Hubman is my sister. Again as I stated in my previous rebuttal, I have given the name of 3 individuals who I believe are behind these false post to our attorney so that you will be required to be desposed under subpoena in our current Federal Litigation against Michael Fehrenbacher who I believe is behind these slanderous post. I will not even lower myself to your level to address your lies about stealing millions of dollars. Why is it that none of the people who I have stole money from are post here, only agents or representatives or the actual defendants in our Federal Case. These post will only help our case in proving how they stole the charity money. Oh and just so you will know, IRS tax exempt organizations cannot be owned, they are non-member, non-ownership entities that can be taken over by the IRS.
