Tlc Pet Cottage owner Sharon Brown is a liar and I want the public to beware. Recently her son William Brown Hilliard Commons board member was caught and exposed for a number of reasons and resigned 5 minutes after being exposed.
Weeks later his mother Sharon Brown owner of TLC PET COTTAGE decided to go online and trash a family she never met trying to defend her scumbag son who is also an employee of Casto in Columbus Ohio.
