unified window systems llc installed wrong sized windows, oredered new windows never installed them hempstead village New York

Ordered  13 windows on 12/5/13 when windows arrived they were the wrong size, installer attempted to hide the fact that they were the wrong size. They ordered three new windows to be installed on a future date. Contacted salesman Anthony Masanaci about the other 9 windows that were the wrong size he assured me that THEY WOULD BE REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT SIZED WINDOWS. Mr Masanaci told me that Joe Flaco the manager would take care of the problem. Mr. Falco came to my house and inspected the windows and photos i took of the installation. He told me that he would return to measure the windows after he spoke the the main office to replace the windows. Mr. Falco never called me never answered the four messafges I left with his office. on 3/14/14 they were supoosed to install the three new windows they never showed up or called to cancel the installation. I paid a poirtion of my bill and had afeeling that they would not replace the incorrectly sized windows. Its hard to believe that a company that advertises in the daily news could be such a rip off. Mind you that their mesurement man took the measurements and photos of the windows.
